新春到来!のれそれ、始まりました!

のれそれ、新春の魚、築地、山治
アナゴの稚魚「のれそれ」

新春の風物詩「のれそれ」。高知県の名物で、もしかすると、高知県以外では珍しいお魚かもしれませんが、三杯酢で食べる形の変わった美味しいお魚です。2月~4月が旬ですが、早くも築地に現れました。つい先週、初市で今年が始まったと思ったら、もう春なんですね。河岸の寒さは厳しいですが、心は春になって、春のお魚を世界へお届けします!

 

 "Noresore" that is the poetic event at the new year.  It be might a special product in Kochi Prefecture, and a rare fish excluding Kochi Prefecture. It is a delicious fish that changes of eating with vinegar, soy sauce and mirin (sugar) mixed in roughly equal proportions. It already appeared in Tsukiji though February - April was in season. It is already spring when thinking that this year started by the first competing last week. It becomes feelings of spring, and we will deliver the fish of spring to the world though the cold of Kashi is really severe.
